Things to Do

• Albert Ice House and Dance Hall - Just minutes from The Martinsburg, this true Texas treasure features a relaxing beer garden shaded by huge oak trees, with live music almost daily and evening shows in the historic dance hall. A must-visit during your stay!

• Lyndon B. Johnson State Park and Historic Site – Visit the historic Johnson ranch and visit a piece of early Texas history.  The park also features long horn cattle and Bisons. 

• Luckenbach – “where everybody is somebody”, iconic country music landmark with life music every day except Christmas. 

• Old Tunnel State Park – An old railroad tunnel here provides a seasonal home for around 3 million bats, right next to Alamo Springs Cafe.

• Fredericksburg - Take a stroll up and down main street to go shopping or visit the museums such as the Pioneer Museum and Pacific War Museum. There is always plenty to do in Fredericksburg, and it’s only a short drive away.
